Custom Reports

The process begins by scheduling a meeting with your management team to identify, plan and document sources of energy losses in your facility. After completing an interview with the facility/ energy manager and other engineering staff, we will review the facility layout and mechanical system insulation integration and will then conduct a walk-through of the facility. We will measure and document all applicable piping, ductwork and equipment including insulated and un-insulated systems. Once we have completed all measurements and documentation we will enter the data into our customized assessment software to calculate the dollar & BTU losses and to calculate the greenhouse gas emissions such as CO2, NOx and Carbon Equivalent (CE) data. Our appraisers will then create a customized report including energy losses, suggested remediation strategies, pricing and infrared verification of evaluated areas.
